The new solution will create a single, unified patient record for all TJU caregivers, broadening and strengthening their practice of the Patient Centered Medical Home.

Jefferson University Physicians (JUP), a supporting organization of TJU, is one of the largest multi-specialty physician practices throughout Philadelphia and the Delaware Valley with over 105 practice sites and 800,000 patient visits per year. JUP is comprised of more than 500 physicians in over 33 specialties and multiple primary care practices. JUP physicians also serve as full-time teaching faculty of Jefferson Medical College. JUP's adoption of advanced health information technologies that support information exchange is in keeping with its receipt of the National Committee for Quality Assurance's (NCQA) highest designation of Level 3 in January 2009.
