 Agfa HealthCare, a leading provider of diagnostic imaging and healthcare IT solutions, announces today that it has reached an agreement to acquire all the shares of WPD, one of the leading healthcare IT companies in Brazil. The transaction price will not be disclosed.

It allows us to build further on our already strong market position in Brazil for both Imaging and IT systems for radiology."
